They are not waste: they are pieces of Italian genuine leather left over from production, smooth, embossed, suede, vintage. We sell them by weight, from 1 to 5 kg, ready for key rings, bracelets, wallets, inserts and anything else you can think of.

- Italian genuine leather in different finishes: smooth, embossed, suede, pigmented, vintage.
- Pieces from 20×20 cm up: that is the minimum size of each offcut, and many are larger.
- Multicolour or in one shade: surprise colours, or many shades of beige, brown, green, blue, black and grey.

WHAT TO MAKE WITH OFFCUTS
15 ideas, from easiest to most challenging
- Easy, in an afternoon with scissors or a cutter and a little glue: key rings, bookmarks, coasters, luggage tags, tassels.
- Intermediate, with a hole punch and some hand stitching: card holders, coin purses, glasses cases, valet trays with snap buttons, bracelets.
- For skilled hands: wallets, notebook and diary covers, patches and inserts on bags and jackets, covered boxes and frames, bag handles.

With the Custom palette you choose the size (20×15, 30×20, 40×30 or 50×40 cm), how many pieces (3, 5, 7 or 9) and the colours, from 10 shades. From €15 for 3 pieces of 20×15.
Need a specific leather from our range? Every leather is also sold in pre-cut pieces, from 20×20 to 50×50 cm.
FIRST STEPS
Four tips for working with leather
Cut on the right surface
A sharp cutter and a metal ruler, on a cutting mat: the edge stays clean.
Use leather glue
A contact adhesive or a specific leather glue, spread thinly on both parts.
Punch before stitching
Prepare the holes with a punch or an awl, then hand-stitch with waxed thread.
Finish the edges
Fine sandpaper and a little wax or edge paint: the piece looks workshop-made.

Frequently asked questions about offcuts
Yes, only Italian genuine leather: these are production offcuts, in different finishes (smooth, embossed, suede, pigmented, vintage).
The minimum size of each offcut is about 20×20 cm, and many pieces are larger. Shapes and sizes change from box to box: every box is different.
With the box you choose between multicolour, with surprise colours, and one shade: beige, brown, green, blue or black and grey. If you need precise colours there is the Custom palette.
For small leather goods, yes. A bag needs large, matching pieces: better to use leather by the square metre or pre-cut pieces up to 50×50 cm.
To try it out, the 1 kg box at €20. If you work leather often, the 5 kg box costs €8 per kg: less than half the price per kg of the 1 kg box.
