Order Processing Time
Each order is handled with care and attention:

In-stock items: shipped within 24–48 business hours.

Items requiring cutting or preparation (leathers, fabrics, remnants): allow 2–3 extra working days.

Made-to-order or custom production: up to 90–120 days, depending on the processing stage.

Shipping Methods
We always choose the best method based on your order:

📦 Standard parcels: ideal for samples, remnants, and small cuts.

📏 Large rolls: shipped rolled and well-protected.

🪵 Pallet delivery: used for full hides or larger quantities.

🏢 Local pickup: available by appointment at our logistics site in southern Italy (Bari area).

Calculated automatically at checkout, based on weight/volume and destination.

Tracking & Delivery

You’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS as soon as your order is shipped.

Standard delivery is made to street level.

Remote Areas & Limitations

Certain areas (small islands, remote zones, ZTL) may require additional time or cost.

Rolls over 150 cm, parcels over 30 kg or bulky formats may incur volumetric surcharges.

Our leathers and fabrics are protected using:

Damaged or Irregular Shipments
Upon delivery:

Always check the package carefully.

If damaged or tampered with: sign with detailed reservation (e.g. “box crushed”) and take photos.

Invoicing

An electronic invoice is issued at the time of shipment.
