Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is a priority for us. If you need to return an item, please read the following conditions carefully.


Right of withdrawal – 14 days

After receiving your item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • be in the same condition in which it was received

  • not have been used, processed or modified

  • include the original packaging

  • be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


How to request a return

To start a return request, you must contact us in advance.

Once the request has been approved, you will receive all the necessary instructions to proceed with the return.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Any refund will be issued net of the original shipping costs, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.


Damages or issues

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and find the most appropriate solution.


Non-returnable items

Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:

  • customized or personalized products

  • items made to order

  • materials that, by their nature, cannot be resold

If you have any doubts about a specific product, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.


Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to place a new order once the return procedure has been completed and approved.


European Union – Cooling-off period

For orders shipped within the European Union, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, without providing any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

This right does not apply to customized or made-to-order products.


Customized or made-to-order products

Products that are:

  • custom-made

  • personalized

  • cut according to specific customer measurements

  • modified according to customer specifications

cannot be returned.

As these items are produced specifically for the customer, the sale is considered final, except in the case of defects or non-conformity.


Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of the verification.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued within 5 business days using the original payment method.

Please note that the time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
