PRAGA is a technical velvet with a smooth, particularly soft hand, enriched by a light tone-on-tone print inspired by minimal natural motifs.
The pattern adds depth and movement without drawing attention: the look stays elegant and discreet, while the water-repellent treatment protects the fibre from liquids and stains.

Smooth hand: A soft, even surface to the touch, with the velvety feel of a technical velvet.
Tone-on-tone print: A barely perceptible pattern that gives the surface depth without imposing itself on the eye.
Water-repellent treatment: Liquids stay on the surface, leaving time to act before they soak into the fibre.

The colour Ivory

Ivory is a warm white, just turned towards cream, that brightens a room without bringing coldness. On Praga the smooth hand and the tone-on-tone print render it soft and slightly shifting with the light. As the lightest shade in the range it shows dust and marks more readily: the water-repellent finish helps, but it performs at its best in moderate-traffic rooms.

In everyday language Ivory belongs to the whites: if you are looking for white fabric, ivory fabric or cream fabric, the PellTex reference is Praga Fabric in Ivory.

Who we are and what we do

PellTex is an Italian company specialised in real leather, furnishing fabrics and scrap boxes. We process our leathers entirely in Italy, following the whole supply chain, and we offer custom work such as cutting to size, punching and laser engraving for artisans, professionals and enthusiasts.

What we sell

We sell real leather (whole hides, half hides and cut to size) in many finishes, furnishing fabrics by the meter and boxes of leather and fabric offcuts. Materials made for upholstery, leather goods, interiors, hobby work and creative projects.

Are PellTex materials really Made in Italy?

Our leathers yes: they are processed entirely in Italy, across the whole supply chain, to guarantee quality, safety and traceability. Our fabrics are carefully selected among the best manufacturers to offer you high-level durability and looks.

Can I buy as a private customer, without a VAT number?

Absolutely. PellTex is open to both private customers and businesses: whether you are a hobbyist, a maker or a professional, you order in a few clicks, with no VAT number needed.

Can I request an invoice?

Certainly. Say so when you place the order and enter your billing details: you will receive a proper invoice, useful for artisans and businesses alike.

How long does shipping take and where do you ship?

We ship throughout Italy, generally within 24/48 working hours. Custom processing may need 1–2 days more. We entrust parcels to reliable national couriers such as DHL, BRT and SDA.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You pay in complete safety with the method you prefer: PayPal, Credit Card, Bank transfer, Klarna, Cash on delivery.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. As soon as the order is handed to the courier you receive the tracking code by email, so you can follow the parcel step by step to your door.

Can I return a product?

Yes: returns are accepted under the terms set by law (right of withdrawal within 14 days for private customers). Cuts and custom work are the exception, as they are made specifically for you and therefore non-refundable.

Can I change an order after placing it?

Yes, if it has not been processed yet. Contact us as soon as possible: we will do everything we can to update it before it ships.
